Last updated: June 2026

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thedermatologycollective.com(the “Site”) operated by The Dermatology Collective (“TDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not Medical Advice

The content on this Site — including descriptions of conditions, services, procedures, and pricing — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Reading content on this Site or submitting a web form does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is formed only after you have been seen and evaluated by one of our providers.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this Site to request emergency care.

Appointment Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments

Submitting an appointment, waitlist, or pop-up event request through this Site is a request only. Your appointment is not confirmed until we contact you by phone or email to schedule a specific time. We will do our best to respond within 1–2 business days.

Pricing, Services, and Availability

We try to keep service descriptions, pricing, insurance information, and provider details current, but everything on the Site is subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the treatment plan agreed at your consultation. Insurance coverage depends on your specific plan and benefits. Membership terms are governed by the relevant membership platform's terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links out to third-party services we use to operate the practice — including Klara (esthetician booking), TapMango (memberships), and PatientFi (financing) — as well as social media (Instagram). When you click through to a third-party site, you leave our Site and your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and the underlying source code — are owned by or licensed to TDC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “The Dermatology Collective” and the TDC wordmark are trademarks of The Dermatology Collective.

You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or its forms for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through a web form
  • Send unsolicited promotional content, spam, or malicious code through any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected system
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site except for legitimate search-engine indexing
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDC disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDC and its owners, providers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDC and its owners, providers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
